Google Workspace customers can now deploy the Now Assist Virtual Agent for Google Chat integration directly from the Getting startedAdmins: ServiceNow admins need to install the Google Chat plugin 3.0 and link their Google Chat with ServiceNow. Workspace admins can then deploy the Now Assist Virtual Agent on their users’ behalf.
